A good friend of mine, Becky, made this awesome cake for her son's fifth birthday. It was a Star Wars-inspired party, and the cake is just one 8X8 white cake and 1 8X8 chocolate cake. Myself, I'd eat the dark side. I am all about chocolate!

Fail....But Still Yummy!
So I wanted to make a pretty piece of toast with a heart-shaped egg in the center, but it didn't quite turn out right. I will tell you what I did wrong, and maybe yours will look good!!
Start with bread, butter, and eggs.
Cut out a shape in the middle and butter the bread. (I did a heart, but if I were to do it again, I would definitely do a cirlce, MUCH easier!!)
Grill the toast on a griddle, then add the egg in the middle. When you flip, shove the entire spatula underneath really quickly, otherwise, it ends up like mine:
But in the end, it was wonderful and tasted amazing!
Good luck flipping!! -Amber

Delicious Pizza Rolls
Got 15 minutes? These Pillsbury Crescent Roll Pizzas take almost no prep time, and are so delicious!
Dab a bit of pasta sauce (mine comes in a jar) and cheese on a crescent roll triangle, then top with a pepperoni.
Turn oven on to 375 degrees
Fold tip of triangle over the top, then wrap together with other two triangle corners.
Bake 10-13 minutes, or until golden, and enjoy!
(They taste so good!!)

Yummy Oreo Balls (Mmmmmm)
These are so easy to make! They are a huge hit at get-togethers!
You will need:
1 Pkg Oreos (I like the off-brand kind, they crush easier and taste just as great!!)
8 oz cream cheese
6 oz chocolate chips (half a bag)
Dump Oreos into a large bowl.
Start crushing them to bits!
It should look like this.
Melt Cream cheese in microwave until VERY soft.
Mix cream cheese and Oreos together to form a doughy ball.
Melt chocolate chips for 30 seconds, then 10 second intervals until melted completely. Careful not to overcook it!
Form into small balls and dip into chocolate (don't overdo it, you'll give your guests a chocolate headache!)
Add sprinkles while still gooey and refrigerate.
Enjoy!

Cupcake Tray, Anyone?
So I can't possibly have a cupcake blog without a cupcake tray! I have very limited funds though, so I decided to make my own for less! Here it is, for only $7!
Here are the materials:
Hot glue gun
Spray Paint
3 assorted size trays from the $1 store
Plastic martini glasses from the $1 store
Step 1: Glue two martini glasses together end-to-end.
Step 2: Glue decorative marks around the seams to hide the fact that there is hot glue underneath. (Optional)
Step 3: Glue one end of the glasses to the center of your medium-sized tray.
Step 4: Trace around the top (smallest) tray to get a guide of where to glue the other end of the glasses.
Step 5: Glue the smallest tray to the top of the glasses.
Step 6: Repeat steps 1 and 2. Glue one end of the glasses to the bottom of the medium sized tray.
Step 7: Glue the bottom of the glasses to the largest tray.
Step 8: Spray paint desired color!
All done!

Good Luck! -Amber
